At Chalk Ridge our aim is to 'add value' to our Pupils and help them in achieving their potential.

We provide a caring and stimulating environment in which the the children feel safe, comfortable and valued. They are able to approach any member of Staff for help. They will always receive polite responses. An answer to their questions is always given.

Our belief is that by nurturing a Child in this way, they are given an environment in which the building blocks can be laid for them to achieve their goals and become valued members of society as they grow older. Apart from the usual benchmarks, we feel that we have achieved this when we hear such comments from Parents as ‘I feel that my children don’t just come along to school, they are receiving an all round Education’.

Although situated in a pleasant quiet area at the north eastern edge of Brighton Hill, we are of course open to applications from people outside of the catchment area and these will be added to our lists and places offered as they become available.

The Administration Office

The Administrative Staff are on duty from 8.30 am until 4.00 pm. When the school office is closed messages may be left on the answerphone, letters placed in the school post box or a fax may be sent. There are three staff working in the school office. They are able to answer your queries and enquiries. If you wish to make an appointment to see one of the teaching staff this can be arranged by the administrative staff.
